SEN Complaints Procedure

 

In the first instance, parents/carers would be expected to contact the SENCo, Miss A.M.Walker, care of the admin email address (admin@roseacre.blackpool.sch.uk), to raise concerns about their child/ren.

If the parents/carers of the SEND child/ren are dissatisfied with the outcome then they would be directed to the Academy Complaints Policy
